Intermediate Muay Thai

The Intermediate Muay Thai program is for students who have some previous training experience and already know the basics of the art. The intensity of the training is increased and some more complex techniques and combinations are taught.

Beginners Muay Thai

our Beginners Muay Thai program focuses on teaching the basic fundamentals of Muay Thai. This includes stance, footwork, basic punches, kicks, knees and elbows and the defences to these techniques.

Advanced Muay Thai

The Advanced Muay Thai program caters to students who already have a good amount of training experience and also to people with professional fight experience.

Fitness Training

The class is non-contact, using training methods to increase strength, speed, power, endurance and energy system conditioning, with the aim to prepare the participants for the physical demands that combat sports
